Since April 2025, I have been a member of the board of directors of Matic SA, a Warsaw-based IT company operating since 1990, providing advanced IT solutions of both hardware and software as well s services to domestic customers primarily in the public sector, particularly in the defense and security area.

In the defense and security area, Matic SA focuses on cyber security, offering a wide range of services and products. The company is a partner of IBM in the sale of ICT security products, including the QRadar system - a world leader among SIEM-type solutions. In addition, it works with vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Fidelis, Novicom, Vectra, Cybereason, Pentera and Imperva, providing advanced network and IT system security solutions.

Matic also provides advanced investigative technology, forensic and intelligence analysis solutions to support institutions responsible for state and public security. The company's portfolio includes:

• Intelligence analysis systems – used for data analysis and visualization to support crime and intelligence analysts. Such systems enable correlation of data from various sources (e.g., phone records, financial information, open-source data), which helps reconstruct criminal networks and direct intelligence and law enforcement operations.
